We enjoyed our stay in a spacious double room that had central heating and a safe. the electronic key card added convenience. the beds were super comfortable, which made for great sleep. Plus, the location was excellent, just a short distance from the train station. 🚉.

loved every detail about my such great 6 nights stay here. the hotel was perfect and in a central location. plus, it was 10 minutes by car to national marine aquarium. the room was quiet and clean, had essentials, like a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

I really appreciated the thoughtful layout of the electronic key card, work desk, and television in the single room, and the location is great as it's near the train station and the main area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The shower system in some rooms may not be up to standard.

The surprise card and balloons left in our room for my daughter's birthday were a lovely touch. The hotel has a great modern look and the staff were wonderful. The restaurant served high quality food, especially dinner. The location was also perfect, with free secure underground parking available. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the free parking in the underground car park, making our stay even more convenient. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the town centre. Despite being on a main road, there was little traffic noise at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.

Christmas at this hotel was the best experience ever! The rooms were big and comfortable, and the breakfast was beyond delicious, with a great variety of choices to satisfy every taste. The location was key, as it was just a few minutes away from the main attraction sites. We also enjoyed the free parking in the underground car park, which was a huge plus. Finally, the staff was friendly and very helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

The only negative aspect we found was the lack of information in the room regarding the heating/air conditioning system. It was a bit confusing to operate it, and it would have been nice to have some clear instructions.

Our only complaint was the weak air conditioning system in our room, which didn't cool down the room as effectively as we would have liked, especially during the hot summer nights. the shower could use an improvement in design, as it leaked water everywhere despite our best efforts to contain it.
